1. Introduction
These terms govern the relationship between you and AzizWares when using our services or website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services
AzizWares provides software development and digital solutions: mobile apps (Flutter), e-commerce stores (AzStore), business digitization, hosting & monthly support, and technical consulting. Details and pricing are available on our website. All prices are inclusive and final.
4. Engagement Process
Every project begins with a written agreement specifying scope, timeline, price, and payment terms. Minimum 30% deposit required. Delivery is milestone-based with written approval at each stage.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Project price includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at consulting rates (200–400 SAR/hour) with prior approval. Functional changes require a written request, a revised quote, and written approval.
6. Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days. ZATCA-compliant. Currently VAT exempt. Payment via bank transfer (Al Rajhi Bank). If payment is overdue by more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend work.
7. Right of Rescission
Per Saudi E-Commerce Law: client may rescind within 7 days of contract date if the service has not yet been utilized — full refund. Does not apply to: services commenced with client consent, custom non-resalable services, or monthly subscriptions after the service period begins.

9. Warranty
60-day warranty from final delivery sign-off. Covers: performance (works per scope) and non-infringement (does not infringe third-party intellectual property). Does not cover: new features, design changes, or issues from client modifications or third-party systems.
10. Intellectual Property
Client owns custom deliverables upon full payment. AzizWares retains ownership of platforms and frameworks (AzStore, AzAPI) — client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license for the agreement duration. Open-source components are disclosed in documentation.
11. Data Protection
We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid under the contract. Does not extend to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by force majeure: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or widespread internet/power outages.
14. Dispute Resolution
Governed by Saudi law. 30-day amicable resolution period. If unresolved, jurisdiction is the Commercial Court in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
15. Amendments
We may update these terms. Existing clients are notified of material changes 30 days in advance via email.
