Technical Consulting
An independent second opinion in writing — before you sign a contract, hire a vendor, or spend a single riyal
Why You Need This
You have a decision in front of you — build or buy, rebuild or repair, which platform to choose, whether the quote you were handed is fair — and no one impartial to ask. Everyone else in the room is trying to sell you something.

What lands in your hands at the end is a document, not meeting notes — a written recommendation built to be re-read, handed to a partner, or brought into a board meeting.
What decides 150 SAR/hour vs. 400 SAR/hour: the range reflects how much hands-on technical work your question requires, not a menu of tiers. These are typical starting rates — a larger or more involved engagement is quoted on its own merits.
- Closer to 150 SAR/hour: business-level judgement calls — is this quote reasonable, which platform fits your business, how do you read a vendor's proposal — questions we can answer from experience and what's already in front of us.
- Closer to 400 SAR/hour: hands-on technical work — reviewing actual code or system architecture, testing a claim a vendor made, writing a detailed options comparison.
- Every engagement is sold in a minimum block of 4 hours, agreed before we start. Most questions are answered well inside that block; if a review needs more time, we tell you before continuing, not after.
How an engagement runs: before the session, send us what's already on the table — a quote you've received, an existing system, a spec, the platforms you're weighing. We review it in advance so the time you're paying for goes to analysis, not to us learning your business from a blank page. The session itself is usually one focused meeting, by video or in person. Within five working days of the session, you get the written deliverable — the report, assessment, or comparison — plus a short follow-up call to walk through it.
An independent second opinion, honestly framed: we also build the kinds of systems we're often asked to evaluate — that's exactly what makes our read on a vendor's quote or a platform choice useful. It's also worth saying plainly: if our review points toward building something, we'll present it as one option among others, not the only one, and you're free to take the recommendation to any developer — including us or someone else. The consulting fee doesn't change either way.
This is not Business Digitization. Business Digitization installs and runs the systems — a website, invoicing, a CRM — and you walk away with software live in production. Technical Consulting is the decision that comes before that: which platform, which vendor, whether the quote in front of you is reasonable. You walk away with a written recommendation, not new software. If you already know what to build and need it built, see Mobile Apps or E-commerce Stores. If you need the back-office systems installed and running, see Business Digitization.
What if you just have one question? A single well-scoped question — is this quote fair, which of two platforms fits — usually fits comfortably inside the minimum block. What if the honest answer is "don't build anything"? That's a good outcome. Spending a few hours finding out you don't need to spend 20,000 SAR is cheaper than spending it first and finding out after.
What you get:
- A written decision report — options, recommendation, and reasoning
- A vendor-quote or contract assessment, reviewed line by line
- A costed comparison of your options, when it's build vs. buy
- A review of your existing system's architecture, when that's the question — with named findings
- A structured intake before the session, so the time goes to your problem
- A follow-up call to walk through the document
