1. Overview
This policy outlines your cancellation and refund rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126).
2. Right of Rescission (7 Days)
Per Saudi E-Commerce Law: client may rescind the contract within 7 days of the contract date, provided the service has not yet been utilized. Full refund including the deposit.
2.1 Exceptions
Right of rescission does not apply to:
- Services commenced with client consent
- Custom non-resalable services
- Monthly subscriptions after the service period has begun
3. Post-Rescission Cancellation

| After 1st milestone delivery & approval | No refund. Delivered work = client property. |
The deposit is non-refundable as it compensates for: resource scheduling, planning, declining other projects, and the cost of allocated time.
4. AzizWares-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel if:
- Client is non-responsive for 30+ consecutive days
- Abusive behavior
- Material breach of contractual obligations
For non-responsiveness cancellation: full deposit refund. Completed work remains AzizWares property until paid.
5. How to Cancel
Email a written cancellation request to [email protected] with: project name, contract date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within 48 business hours. Refund details are provided within 7 business days. Verbal requests are not formal.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. A credit note is issued for all refunds.
7. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel with 15 days notice. The prepaid month is non-refundable. Service continues until the paid period ends. Client data is available for download within 30 days of service end.
8. Exceptions
In exceptional cases, terms may be reviewed at management discretion. Our goal is always a fair resolution for both parties.
