Friends of Diabetes Patients Charitable Association

In July 2025, AzizWares prepared a current-state analysis and a complete digitalisation engagement for Friends of Diabetes Patients Charitable Association, a Saudi charity working in healthcare.

The work produced seven integrated documents, from discovery to blueprint, including:

• A current-state analysis report
• A strategic gap analysis report
• A functional requirements document
• A technical database schema
• A project roadmap

It also included a five-phase delivery plan — securing the data, building the core system, launching and training, advanced features, then ongoing support — and a proposed scope covering beneficiary records, smart appointment scheduling, a unified inventory, role-based access control, and interfaces for clinics, pharmacies and labs.

The proposal covered moving from the association's current database to a secured cloud environment, with multi-level backups, a data-integrity verification report, and a clear rollback path when needed.
