The problem

Every file you send carries silent fingerprints

When you send a .pptx or .pdf to a client, your laptop username, your editor (Google Slides / Canva / LibreOffice), and your last-modified timestamp ride along inside the file. Common examples:

It's not malicious. It's just sloppy. GoHumanize fixes it in one click.

Works on .pptx, .docx, .xlsx, and .pdf.

AzizWares Professional

Best for client-facing files. Replaces tool fingerprints with clean business defaults (Author: AzizWares, Application: Microsoft Office).

Personal

For files you want attributed to your own name. Asks once, saves locally.

Privacy Clean

Removes identity, tool, and embedded metadata instead of replacing it. Strips comments, speaker notes, custom XML. Default preset.

Originals preserved

Default behavior: a cleaned copy lands next to the original as filename.humanized.ext. Overwrite mode is hidden behind advanced settings and creates a verified .bak backup before replacing.
